Description

• Responsible for leveraging Salesforce expertise to understand client needs and design tailored solutions. • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person. • Manage and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure successful technical closure. • Maintain Salesforce cadence with meticulous documentation. • Support lead-generation initiatives, including events, webinars, and user groups. • Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical solutions. • Provide technical expertise on data protection through independent consultation with Keepit’s customers. • Partner with the sales team to secure new clients and partners. • Work closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback and insights. • Offer pre-sales support to customers evaluating Keepit's backup solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a Salesforce-focused role, such as Salesforce Administrator, Solution Engineer, or Product Specialist. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce products, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with other applications. • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering roles, ideally within a SaaS or cloud environment. • Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, security settings, and data migration. • Experience with Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, is a plus. • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs, particularly REST and SOAP. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively. • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect) are a plus. • Experience with agile project management and tools like JIRA or Trello. • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements that impact Salesforce use cases.
