Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or an advanced technical qualification is advantageous. • Experience: 5-7 years of leadership experience in technical sales, preferably within warehouse automation, robotics, or related sectors. • Expertise in managing international sales efforts, with a focus on North America and Europe. • Strong track record of simplifying complex systems and presenting clear, value-driven business cases to clients. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and the Microsoft Office suite.
