โข Keller Executive Search is partnering with a dynamic and innovative company specializing in novelty sweets to find a passionate International Sales Representative. โข This role is pivotal in expanding our client's global footprint, reaching new markets, and enhancing customer relationships. โข You will work closely with a motivated team and play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies internationally. โข Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow the company's presence in international markets. โข Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients in various countries. โข Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand cultural differences affecting sales. โข Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored for international markets. โข Present and demonstrate the unique attributes of our novelty sweets to potential customers. โข Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to ensure optimal pricing and terms that meet company standards. โข Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activity, providing insights for strategic decision-making. โข Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote the company's products. โข Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies throughout the sales process.
