• Identify and target companies posting senior positions aligned with our service offerings • Initiate contact via email and LinkedIn • Conduct high-level sales calls with decision-makers, demonstrating our value proposition • Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM system

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions • Charismatic and energetic personality, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Adaptable to flexible working hours • Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and MS Office suite • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
