• The Kestra team has over 400 years of experience in the external and internal cardiac medical device markets. • Responsible for the development, integration and implementation of strategic marketing and product commercialization strategies. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization. • Assist in developing compelling messages that drive loyalty and advocacy. • Work with the commercial sales organization to nurture and convert leads. • Help manage logistics and execution of trade shows and conferences. • Participate in training the commercial sales team. • Collaborate with Clinical Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Legal and People Operations. • Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field • Minimum 5 years direct experience in marketing of medical devices (preferably cardiology) and/or pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industry • Superior communication skills, verbal and written • Exceptional presentation skills • Preferred: Sales experience • Experience in marketing strategy, planning, and branding in domestic and international markets • Experience in start-up or high-growth companies
