Description

• As our Finance and Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for supporting Ketone-IQ’s Finance department through: • Bookkeeping and Accounting: Review Month End close entries for journal entry reclasses and accruals. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors. • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements). Generate various financial reports for management review. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Compile data and assist in preparing budget reports. Monitor budget performance and assist in identifying areas for cost reduction or improvement. • Financial Data Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support decision-making. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights to management. Participate in projects to improve financial processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, particularly Excel. • Experienced in Microsoft Power BI, with skills in creating interactive dashboards, analyzing data trends, and building visual reports for actionable insights. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to learning.
