• The Sales Development Representative (SDR) identifies and qualifies new leads to generate potential sales opportunities. • The position is based in the United Kingdom and can be undertaken remotely from the UK. Applicants must be a resident in the United Kingdom and must possess a valid Right to Work in the country.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience. • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Basic knowledge of CRM systems. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to conduct research and identify potential leads. • Capability to handle initial sales inquiries and follow up on leads. • Adaptability to learn new sales techniques and tools. • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools. • Familiarity with marketing tactics and lead generation.
