Description

•Self-starter ready to take ownership of our Marketing Website to generate leads and increase our Brand visibility. •Proactive and thoughtful communicator. •Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the company, our customers, and our partners. •A good balance between great attention to detail and lack of analysis paralysis. •Highly motivated and able to operate without any hand-holding or micromanagement. •Manage paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn. •Lead the effort to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to ensure alignment with lead acquisition and conversion goals. •Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. •Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with business goals. •Partner with the design team to create high-quality marketing assets.

Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment. •Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). •Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. •Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies. •Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
