•3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment. •Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). •Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. •Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies. •Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
