📋 Description
• The Inside Sales Support Associate position works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain crucial relationships with the internal team, external sales representatives, and customers. • This position is responsible for safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred • Lighting product knowledge required • 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role • Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communications and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to perform time-sensitive work environment • Comfortable with phone interaction with very good verbal communication skills
