β’ Kickstarter is the go-to crowdfunding platform for creative projects across everything from film, games and music to art, design, and technology. β’ This role will partner closely with the Director of Outreach and Director of Lifecycle Marketing, as well as other cross-functional leaders. β’ The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. β’ Salary range for this role in the United States is $160,000 - $181,000. β’ Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, workflows, and best practices to boost productivity and effectiveness. β’ Own and refine sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. β’ Design and implement a robust lead scoring framework. β’ Identify opportunities for sales automation and CRM improvements. β’ Establish KPIs and create real-time dashboards and reports. β’ Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align strategies with goals. β’ Collaborate with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to track marketing-driven creator activations. β’ Develop comprehensive training programs, playbooks, and tools for effective creator engagement.
β’ 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within SaaS, marketplace, or creator-focused platforms. β’ Proven track record of optimizing sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and pipeline management. β’ Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and performance tracking. β’ Experience designing lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and implementing sales automation tools. β’ Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities; able to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies. β’ Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align teams around a shared vision and drive adoption of new processes.
