β€’ The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is the hidden gem of the childcare industry for its financial reimbursement of providers and facilitation of healthy nutrition for children nationwide. β€’ KidKare was created to empower sites to anticipate audits and calculate maximum reimbursements to sustain their businesses. β€’ Our proactive approach to compliance, has solidified our position as the market leader for over 30 years. β€’ We seek a strategic and dynamic closer to grow and diversify revenue. β€’ Looking for a high-performing Sales Director focused on Sponsor sales. β€’ Required: SaaS sales experience, familiarity with CACFP highly beneficial. β€’ Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales initiatives driving results. β€’ Focus on data and customer-centricity a must. β€’ As an independent contributor, focus will be on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. β€’ Role involves managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, leveraging CACFP expertise, and meeting performance metrics.

Requirements

β€’ 4-6+ years of progressive experience in SaaS software sales or technology-related sales. β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, with strong qualification and closing skills. β€’ Highly empathetic to customer challenges. β€’ Curiosity and desire for continuous learning and improvement. β€’ Proficiency working collaboratively with peers and executive team to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment. β€’ Experience creating and delivering presentations that convey relevant value propositions, with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. β€’ Growth mindset: Fearlessly embraces failure as opportunities for learning and growth. β€’ Solution-minded: Focuses on finding solutions rather than dwelling on obstacles. β€’ Commitment to our industry: Displays deep care for the populations served by our customers. β€’ Strong and effective communicator: Open, honest, and direct in communications. β€’ Analytical: Embraces data-driven decision-making and possesses analytical skills to act on it. β€’ Action-oriented: Works diligently and independently to achieve goals. β€’ Agile: Demonstrates determination and agility in approach. β€’ Balancing priorities: Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. β€’ Knowledge of CACFP nutritional standards is a significant advantage. β€’ Comfortable working remotely and independently.
