Requirements

• 4-6+ years of progressive experience in SaaS software sales or technology-related sales. • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, with strong qualification and closing skills. • Highly empathetic to customer challenges. • Curiosity and desire for continuous learning and improvement. • Proficiency working collaboratively with peers and executive team to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment. • Experience creating and delivering presentations that convey relevant value propositions, with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. • Growth mindset: Fearlessly embraces failure as opportunities for learning and growth. • Solution-minded: Focuses on finding solutions rather than dwelling on obstacles. • Commitment to our industry: Displays deep care for the populations served by our customers. • Strong and effective communicator: Open, honest, and direct in communications. • Analytical: Embraces data-driven decision-making and possesses analytical skills to act on it. • Action-oriented: Works diligently and independently to achieve goals. • Agile: Demonstrates determination and agility in approach. • Balancing priorities: Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. • Knowledge of CACFP nutritional standards is a significant advantage. • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
