Description

• Lead the charge in driving Kintsugi’s commercial growth strategies and execution. • Drive go-to-market initiatives across Customer Success, Customer Insights and Discovery, and selected Marketing and Sales functions. • Ensure seamless alignment between strategic goals and operational execution while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. • Shape the growth trajectory of a company poised to make a lasting impact in mental health care. • Kintsugi helps to close mental health care gaps across risk-bearing health systems, ultimately saving time and lives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role at an early-stage health tech startup. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities. • Expertise in creating and delivering compelling presentations. • Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills. • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. • Demonstrated success in project management and cross-functional team leadership. • Startup mindset - ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment: • Flexible, adaptable, and able to wear multiple hats and take on challenges outside of defined role. • Agile and able to make decisions with imperfect information. • Willingness to take risks and learn from mistakes. • Experience in mental health, wellness, or a related healthcare field. • MBA or equivalent advanced degree. • Passion for improving mental health care access and outcomes. • Strong knowledge of healthcare (payer, provider, and lifesciences) and in particular value based care. • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and tactics for innovative products or solutions.
