📋 Description

• Responsible for customer service activities related to highly complex capital equipment • Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and solve technical equipment problems • Ensure equipment enhances customer production • Prepare field service reports on support activity • Cross train and assist other field service engineers • Work independently; spend at least 50% of time at customer site • Ability to communicate system issues internally and externally • Conduct customer orientation and technical training

🎯 Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Level Degree • 2 years industry experience preferred • Must successfully complete ongoing technical training • Attainment of Certification Level 3 required • Ability to use and understand DVMs, oscilloscopes, flow meters and various other test equipment • Good interpersonal/communication skills
