Description
• Responsible for Inpatient Orders and Bugsy applications/modules of Epic. • Liaise with leadership, faculty, staff, and vendors. • Provide tier-two support to the team and other applications. • Effectively manage competing and changing priorities. • Serve as project lead for key initiatives.
Requirements
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Epic certification required within 18 months of hire. • Excellent verbal/written communication and follow-up skills. • Critical and analytical thinking proficiency. • Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting competencies. • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
