Description

• Responsible for winning new international accounts and expanding relationships with strategic clients • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international clients • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans • Monitor and report on key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the agriculture sector, preferably with a focus on regenerative or sustainable practices • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field, advanced degree preferred • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of global pricing structure and trade regulations • Knowledge of international logistics, supply chain management, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions • Understanding of global food safety standards and labelling laws • Proficiency in data analysis, marketing research, and CRM tools to track and predict customer needs and performance • Deep understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practices • Fluent in English (German is a plus) with cultural awareness
