• Responsible for winning new international accounts and nurturing relationships with strategic clients • Ensure long-term client success and a proactive approach to customers • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals and client needs • Monitor key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing issues promptly
• At least 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the agriculture sector • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of global pricing structure and trade regulations • Knowledge of international logistics, supply chain management, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders • Understanding of global food safety standards and labelling laws • Proficient in Data Analysis, marketing research, and CRM tools to track and predict customer needs • Deep understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practices • Fluent in English (German is a plus) with cultural awareness and adaptability
