📋 Description
• Lead a team of approximately 30 professionals, driving the evolution and execution of People Operations practices. • Ensure efficiency, excellence, and exceptional results across enterprise-wide People strategies. • Shape and execute Anywhere’s People Technology strategy, Employee Relations, Talent Optimization, and Employee & Manager Services. • Collaborate with key leaders across the organization to address talent and business needs. • Emphasize automation and technology integration for seamless, customer-focused delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• 10-15 years' experience & proven track record of leading and evolving People Operations practices in fast-growth, dynamic environments. • Expertise in HR technology, ideally Oracle Cloud HCM, and leveraging generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies. • Experience in managing operational people operations functions and executing effective technology strategies tied to business results. • Strong coaching skills and a customer-obsessed mindset. Ability to use data to assess and optimize current vs. future state. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across various departments. • Excellent prioritization and planning skills.
