🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in a large organization • Experience designing, driving, and operationalizing high-impact People programs • Experience in managing HR Shared services teams • Experience in managing HR Tech (Workday is a bonus) • Exceptional project management experience • (Bonus) Experience in standing up HR Shared services teams • Ability to understand and shape People & Culture strategy
