β’ 5+ years in growth or marketing, with demonstrated experience creating and analyzing owned channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging) β’ A/B testing experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing a testing roadmap β’ Data-led decision making and analytical skills β’ Experience working marketing automation technologies β’ Principled and thinks long term: You always think customer first, and balance customer value with business value Prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and execute effectively; demonstrates both short-term and long-term thinking. β’ Collaborates concisely and communicates results and strategic plans with leaders and team members. β’ Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
