Description

β€’ Responsible for driving patient growth: acquisition, retention, and resurrection as well as driving revenue growth by increasing LTV through increasing utilization and cross selling of additional service lines β€’ Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage patients in their journey on knownwell across email, text, push notifications, and in-app messaging surfaces β€’ Define and measure key metrics and funnels in the patient journey β€’ Create an ideas/tactics roadmap each quarter to drive patient growth toward goal β€’ Data-driven approach: test and measure all communications and experiences to ensure they favorably impact key metrics β€’ Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design and operations to meet ambitious growth targets β€’ Measure and report on the impact of projects and progress towards goal

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in growth or marketing, with demonstrated experience creating and analyzing owned channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging) β€’ A/B testing experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing a testing roadmap β€’ Data-led decision making and analytical skills β€’ Experience working marketing automation technologies β€’ Principled and thinks long term: You always think customer first, and balance customer value with business value Prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and execute effectively; demonstrates both short-term and long-term thinking. β€’ Collaborates concisely and communicates results and strategic plans with leaders and team members. β€’ Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
