Description

• KoBold is looking for an International Tax Lead to support tax compliance and transfer pricing needs. • Engage with business partners and consultants for foreign tax returns and filings. • Focus on automating processes for growth and reducing manual workloads. • Accountable for accurate and timely tax filings and payments. • Prepare transfer pricing calculations and documentation. • Build models for compliance and transfer pricing. • Monitor and analyze tax regulatory developments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with international tax compliance. • Proficient in using various productivity programs, tax and accounting research tools, enterprise/general ledger systems and tax modeling. • Demonstrated meticulous strong attention to detail and analytical, organizational, project-management and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated program management capabilities managing projects with remote, diverse teams. • Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb and synthesize complex information, with a track record of high intellectual rigor in a professional setting. • Exceptional curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a proactive approach to exploring new concepts and technologies. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with colleagues in other disciplines. • Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to drive results, even if it is outside your normal areas of focus. • Strong written and verbal proficiency in English. • Approach your role with a high moral compass and integrity.
