• Manage the adoption of the KSCS Way process, tools, and skills to drive effectiveness across the sales organization • Lead initiatives to enhance Account and Opportunity Planning/Execution (AOP). • Drive adoption of AOP tools/processes with Sales Ops and Sales Effectiveness teams. • Build content and train sales teams to embed AOP practices into their workflow. • Provide coaching, peer reviews, and leadership consulting for continuous improvement. • Integrate Win/Loss insights and gather feedback to enhance tools, processes, and enablement efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years in sales, enablement, or coaching with a proven track record • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, account planning, value selling, and best practices • Proven ability to mentor sales leaders and teams to improve performance • Skilled in interpreting KPIs, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams • Comfortable with change management, CRM platforms, and digital tools in fast-paced environments
