•Position: Regional Sales Manager (West Coast) •Company: Red Sky Lighting •Location: West Coast, United States •Company Overview: Red Sky Lighting is a global leader in the manufacturing and provision of LED lighting solutions for hazardous and harsh environments. •Key Responsibilities: •Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts on the West Coast, driving growth by meeting and exceeding revenue targets for the hazardous environment lighting segment. •New Customer Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new customers, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. •Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and developing strategic opportunities for long-term partnerships. •Sales Forecasting and Planning: Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. •Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services. •Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the hazardous lighting industry, adjusting sales strategies to remain competitive. •Customer Solutions: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions that address their hazardous lighting challenges.
•Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the hazardous lighting sector, including sales strategies and market dynamics in this space. •Sales Leadership: Proven experience leading sales teams and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets. •CRM Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data for sales insights and strategy. •Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop solutions based on customer needs and market conditions. •Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization and external partners. •Team Player: A strong team player who fosters collaboration across departments and builds relationships at all levels. •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. •Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the hazardous lighting or related industries. A proven record of success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives is required.
