• Own the six month sales pipeline from forecasting and building systems to recommending strategic improvements and reviewing individual and team pipelines. • Review sales calls, emails, and deal quality to spot patterns and seek opportunities to level up our messaging, materials, and processes. • Implement innovative tools, automations, and training to ensure our team is as effective as possible and our prospects have everything they need to make a fantastic decision. • Champion reporting to drive action and results, ensuring every individual Account Executive has near real-time performance data as well as rollups for overall team performance and funnel metrics. • Drive what sales needs from other teams to win. From highest priority product features being requested to new product and marketing initiatives, you’re the sales voice with other teams.

Requirements

• Proven sales operations track record of building and optimizing high-performing sales systems that don’t just support a team, but supercharge it. • Strong understanding of how data can be captured and analyzed to extract actionable insights and to drive individual and team improvements. • Expertise implementing and integrating CRM, email automation, AI, and reporting tools – and training sales teams on those tools. • Experience developing sales materials, talk tracks, and compelling follow-up strategies to keep deals moving. • Prior work with product, design, marketing and business intelligence teams to stay ahead of what’s coming next, advocate for sales tools, and partner on campaigns.
