Description
• Support the growth of the company through financial planning and analysis • Prepare monthly variance reports • Manage personnel planning and reporting across business units • Support Leadership Team in understanding financials • Conduct in-depth analyses into financial forecasts • Work closely with Accounting team • Implement a monthly re-forecasting process
Requirements
• 7+ years of financial planning & analysis experience • Experience in building/maintaining/ improving financial models preferred • Proactive communication and relationship building skills • A continuously learning mindset • Self-starter and service-oriented • Ability to manage large amounts of financial data • Advanced GoogleSheet and/or Microsoft Excel skills • Experience with financial systems, Netsuite and Pigment preferred
