• Responsible for operation and continuous support and improvement of global Talent Acquisition Suite • Supporting the roll-out of SmartRecruiters at different locations • Ensuring operation and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition Suite • Continuous application monitoring and problem analysis and solution • Analyzing, designing and implementing digital HR processes • Coordination and qualification of global HR key user community
• College or University degree – preferably in the field of Human Resources, Information Science, Business Process Management or Economics • 3+ years of relevant working experience in global organizations • Solid professional experience with HR business processes and knowledge/experience with cloud-based applications, ideally with SmartRecruiters or similar cloud applications • Understanding of Talent Acquisition & Attraction applications • Solid process design and optimization skills • Project management skills are an advantage • Distinct affinity for IT topics • Solid MS office skills • Fluent in English
