As a fully remote company, we have Krakenites in 70+ countries who speak over 50 languages. Krakenites are industry pioneers who develop premium crypto products for experienced traders, institutions, and newcomers to the space. Our success will require your collaboration with senior cross-functional partners across product, engineering, design, marketing, client engagement, biz dev, finance, compliance, and operations. You will play a crucial part in meeting these objectives. You will take ownership over specific metrics and business outcomes. Define, track and analyze KPIs to understand product performance, client behaviour and to guide data-driven product development. You will ship intuitive, powerful UX tailored to the professional trader, incorporating the best principles from both traditional and crypto-native platforms.
🎯 Requirements
8+ years of product management experience. Understanding of trading, margin, futures, FX, options, backend systems and flow-of-funds. First hand experience in trading on both cryptocurrency and traditional exchanges. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact products. Strong quantitative and analysis skills, including SQL and a language like Python. Strong knowledge of trading market participants, their different incentives and constraints. Macro-to-micro versatility: obsessive attention to detail and first principles thinking. Passion, self-drive and Intellectual honestly. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to distill complex ideas.
