Description

• As the Controller, you will play a critical role in our organization's financial management and planning. • Reporting to the President, the Controller will be the trusted source for delivering consistent recommendations and feedback to enhance the company's financial well-being. • You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including systems and integrations. • This role is critical in providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Experience working in physical retail inventory businesses with multichannel distribution • Strong understanding of financial management, analysis, and reporting. • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation. • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • High ethical standards and integrity.
