Description

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports. • Collaborate with the Global Controller to improve month-end close processes. • Support financial decision-making through policy implementation. • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities. • Provide data and insights for budgeting processes. • Assist in managing treasury activities and compliance with legal requirements. • Oversee accounting department operations and drive operational improvements. • Maintain a robust system of controls over accounting transactions. • Assist in the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. • Support internal audit and design internal financial controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting, financial reporting, or corporate accounting. • CPA preferred, with public accounting experience. • Proven ability to support organizational goals. • High level of intellectual curiosity and passion for change. • Strong deadline management and task ownership. • Effective business partnerships and stakeholder connections. • Ability to maintain high standards and hold others accountable. • Engagement, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to apply GAAP accounting practices, including ASC 606. • Experience in high-growth financial reporting preferred. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work within tight deadlines and handle competing priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge of pharma/biopharma services or recurring service models preferred.
