• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports. • Collaborate with Global Controller on financial processes and reporting improvements. • Support financial decision-making through policy implementation. • Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit activities. • Provide relevant insights during the budgeting process. • Manage treasury activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Oversee accounting department operations and transaction processing. • Drive operational improvements and support process automation. • Maintain robust system of controls and ensure efficient performance of financial functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting, financial reporting, or corporate accounting. • CPA preferred, with public accounting experience. • Proven ability to support organizational goals. • High level of intellectual curiosity and passion for change. • Strong deadline management and independent task ownership. • Effective business partnerships and stakeholder connections. • Ability to challenge and maintain high standards. • Engagement, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to apply GAAP accounting practices, including ASC 606. • Experience in financial reporting within high-growth organizations. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of pharma/biopharma services is preferred.
