• Generate business from leisure tour operators and travel agents in Brazil. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships using your sales skills and Kuoni Tumlare's extensive network to generate Group Travel business. • Keep close communication with local offices and ensure business is operated smoothly. • Investigate for new Travel products or activities to be promoted on the market, in coordination with destination offices. • Participate in sales trips, travel workshops and tradeshows. • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing client portfolio. • Responsible for Marketing activities in the leisure travel market. • Sales reports & administrative tasks including checking business profitability and ensuring strict revenue control of the tours using company systems – DOS & BIS. • Following up the portfolio of active clients and looking for new clients, keeping strong knowledge of the market situation and competition to ensure products are adapted to client’s requirements. • Provide accurate and consistent reporting to management and take quick action when needed.
• Degree in Tourism and Travel related field or relevant qualifications • Experience in developing Leisure Travel Accounts and ability to maintain excellent client relationships. • Deep understanding of the travel industry and market situation is advantageous • Technical skills in Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PDF, and some presentation experience • Well organized, able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your time • Ability to work under pressure, and manage client expectations, delivering good service. • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and foster strong relationships internally. • Willingness to travel for sales trips, trade shows and FAM trips, approximately 25% of the time. • Detailed oriented, capacity to check work and tours in the systems. • Must be fluent both in Portuguese and English
