β€’ Coordinate KVG Sales activities β€’ Use and maintain KVG information systems to support the sales cycle β€’ Create and manage all sales opportunities in KVG information systems β€’ Communicate adds and changes with Operations, and interact with administration to ensure sales activities are communicated β€’ Host weekly or daily sales meetings and ensure the accuracy of current activity status within information systems β€’ Develop capture teams when an opportunity requires unique or complex proposal response efforts. β€’ Ensure compliance checks throughout the individual proposal effort: Analyze, understand, and communicate specific and implied compliance tasks in the individual solicitation β€’ Help other KVG team members to analyze and understand specific and implied compliance tasks. β€’ Streamline sales efforts by creating, maintaining, communicating, and implementing those efforts where applicable boilerplate proposal material β€’ Assist in development of new programs, products, and services under KVG and convert to transaction ready β€’ Collect and compile information about our past performance to be used as quick references for sales and marketing efforts β€’ Support KVG Team members developing new business and act in support of the Business Development lead when required to amplify KVG sales efforts β€’ Collaborate with functional and division leads to amplify territory performance β€’ Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by KVG Values

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in economics, Business, English, or related field β€’ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. β€’ Self-motivated with the capability to work independently, overseeing multiple processes efficiently. β€’ Top-notch communication skills, great at organizing and managing time effectively. β€’ A pro at prioritizing tasks, ensuring precision and accuracy, and comfortable delegating when required. β€’ Expertise in MS Office suite β€’ Ready to travel, whether it's local or international, as the job requires. β€’ Knowledge of other languages a strong asset β€’ Knowledge of ISO Requirements
