Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering outstanding customer service. • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project closeouts. • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to source products and services as needed. • Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors. • Maintain accurate records and files for all KVG business systems. • Prepare and analyze data to support shipping and logistics. • Contribute to the KVG’s mission and uphold its values.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Preferred: Bachelor's degree. • Required: 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. • Experience in vendor management is a plus. • Preferred: Experience working in a cross-cultural or international environment. • Knowledge of additional languages. • Familiarity with ISO requirements.
