• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the DACH region. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH market. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in the DACH region. • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos. • Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes. • Ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings. • Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required. • Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
