β€’ Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive focused on driving new logo growth within the DACH region. β€’ This is a mid-career to senior-level role, perfect for a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of financial technology solutions and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. β€’ Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the DACH region, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyriba's market presence. β€’ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. β€’ Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting. β€’ Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyriba's solutions effectively. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, customer success and legal, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in the DACH region. β€’ Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos. β€’ Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes. β€’ Ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings. β€’ Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required. β€’ Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
