• Focus on driving new logo growth in Italy. • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Italian market. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• 5+ of Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in Italy. • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos. • Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes. • Ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings. • Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel within Italy as required. • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English is required.
