Description

• Support the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and the Growth Marketing Manager • Execute ABM initiatives, performance marketing campaigns, event planning, and other growth-focused programs • Provide hands-on support in campaign execution, data analysis, and program optimization to drive pipeline and revenue growth • Help optimize digital advertising campaigns (paid search, display, and social media) to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality • Coordinate and manage logistics for tradeshows • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or customer engagement marketing • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related field • Strong experience with HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation • Experience with ad platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads • Experience with webinar software like Zoom • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMRush or Moz Pro) • Experience with Google Suite • Hands-on experience successfully leading demand generation and customer campaigns • A customer-centric mindset • Ability to manage multiple ongoing marketing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, with acute attention to detail • Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, and time management skills • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to collaborate across functions
