β€’ Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers. β€’ Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances. β€’ Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone β€’ Maintain performance goals β€’ Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program. β€’ Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment β€’ Attention to detail β€’ Perform successfully in a team environment β€’ Excellent organization skills β€’ Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications β€’ Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency β€’ Excellent communication skills

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent β€’ Dedicated work from home space β€’ Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity β€’ Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus. β€’ Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second β€’ No satellite internet β€’ Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. β€’ Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers or mobile hotspot with ethernet port.
