Description

• Lead the team responsible for production and project configuration support and all system enhancements within Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. • Close collaboration with partners in payroll, HR, and Finance. • Support the enterprise Workday solutions of US Payroll, HCM/Core payroll setup. • Be responsible for process improvement projects focused on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking business functions. • Own and design system requirements and supporting business process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Subject matter expert in Payroll system administration with minimum of 8+ years of Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration experience • (4+ years of Workday experience is required) • Thorough knowledge of end-to-end US Workday payroll processes • Workday Phase X project delivery knowledge • Proficient in EIB processing and troubleshooting • Proficient in Workday reporting for Payroll/ Financial Accounting • Basic/Intermediate integrations knowledge to help troubleshoot errors • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
