Description
• Join Resilinc's global team to design and implement scalable HR strategies for staff across North America, India, and EMEA. • Report to Chief Administrative Officer and align people strategy with business goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
• 8-10 years of HR management experience. • 7+ years of People Operations, Compensation and Benefit Administration experience. • Prior experience in a SaaS company required. • Global experience with UK and India required. • 5+ years of people leadership experience. • Proven experience in HR technology and systems implementation. • Expertise in building compensation and benefit programs. • Deep knowledge in US, UK and India employment laws. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Adaptable and fast learner with strong program management skills.
