• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future • Consulting, Analytics, Finance, Strategy, and/or Human Resource experience • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field • Experience building data-based recommendations to solve complex problems • Experience leading meaningful change in a large and complex organization • Familiarity with statistics, forecasting, and modeling methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
