Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in human resources, including recruitment • Knowledge of HR regulations and practices • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Strong organizational ability • Current WI driver’s license and acceptable driving record
