• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates • Identify opportunities to build applicant pools • Administer the full-cycle recruitment process • Consult with leaders on position descriptions and compensation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in human resources, including recruitment • Knowledge of HR regulations and practices • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Strong organizational ability • Current WI driver’s license and acceptable driving record
