• Responsible for the entire recruiting process from posting jobs to placing qualified candidates. • Interact with business leaders across multiple lines of business including Investment Management, Development, and Construction. • Cultivate positive relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs. • Actively seek out candidates through job boards, social media, and networks. • Evaluate resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. • Coordinate interviews and ensure positive experience for candidates. • Communicate effectively and provide status updates to leadership and hiring managers. • Assist the Talent Acquisition team to achieve departmental goals and improve processes.
• Five (5) + years recruiting experience in a complex recruiting environment and/or recruitment search firm. • Experience in Construction and/or Commercial Real Estate industry is highly desirable. • Experience with HRIS/ATS platform is required. • Workday is preferred. • Ability to work independently / autonomously. • Ability to take initiative and leverage creativity to find exceptional talent. • Comfortable working across time zones and within all levels of an organization. • Ability to change between roles, tasks, and initiatives through changing business priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
