β’ Responsible for the entire recruiting process from posting jobs to placing qualified candidates. β’ Interact with business leaders across multiple lines of business including Investment Management, Development, and Construction. β’ Cultivate positive relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs. β’ Actively seek out candidates through job boards, social media, and networks. β’ Evaluate resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. β’ Coordinate interviews and ensure positive experience for candidates. β’ Communicate effectively and provide status updates to leadership and hiring managers. β’ Assist the Talent Acquisition team to achieve departmental goals and improve processes.
β’ Five (5) + years recruiting experience in a complex recruiting environment and/or recruitment search firm. β’ Experience in Construction and/or Commercial Real Estate industry is highly desirable. β’ Experience with HRIS/ATS platform is required. β’ Workday is preferred. β’ Ability to work independently / autonomously. β’ Ability to take initiative and leverage creativity to find exceptional talent. β’ Comfortable working across time zones and within all levels of an organization. β’ Ability to change between roles, tasks, and initiatives through changing business priorities. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. β’ Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. β’ Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. β’ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. β’ Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. β’ Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
