Description

β€’ Responsible for the entire recruiting process from posting jobs to placing qualified candidates. β€’ Interact with business leaders across multiple lines of business including Investment Management, Development, and Construction. β€’ Cultivate positive relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs. β€’ Actively seek out candidates through job boards, social media, and networks. β€’ Evaluate resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. β€’ Coordinate interviews and ensure positive experience for candidates. β€’ Communicate effectively and provide status updates to leadership and hiring managers. β€’ Assist the Talent Acquisition team to achieve departmental goals and improve processes.

Requirements

β€’ Five (5) + years recruiting experience in a complex recruiting environment and/or recruitment search firm. β€’ Experience in Construction and/or Commercial Real Estate industry is highly desirable. β€’ Experience with HRIS/ATS platform is required. β€’ Workday is preferred. β€’ Ability to work independently / autonomously. β€’ Ability to take initiative and leverage creativity to find exceptional talent. β€’ Comfortable working across time zones and within all levels of an organization. β€’ Ability to change between roles, tasks, and initiatives through changing business priorities. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. β€’ Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. β€’ Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. β€’ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. β€’ Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. β€’ Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
