• 5 years of experience working in the talent acquisition team • 3 years of which in a leadership capacity • HR and/or Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment or contact center setting (asset) • Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) • The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization • Experience investigating work matters and making rational recommendations/decisions • The ability to self-manage daily duties and time in a fast-paced, always-changing environment • The ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness • Creative problem-solving and project management skills • A service-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to change and innovation • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal • Able to work on a US time zone shift • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills • Tech Savvy • Proactive attitude
