β€’ Lead and manage the service team β€’ Build and optimize service operations processes β€’ Facilitate weekly service team and daily stand-up meetings β€’ Develop project plans and manage resource allocation β€’ Handle change orders and direct service change requests β€’ Ensure adherence to service desk processes β€’ Monitor and achieve service level objectives β€’ Maintain communication with third-party vendors β€’ Conduct technology alignment reviews

Requirements

β€’ Excellent English communication skills β€’ Strong technical background within Microsoft 365 and Azure Ecosystem β€’ Proven leadership in service delivery management β€’ Excellent communication and team management skills β€’ Knowledge of current technology trends β€’ Minimum of 5+ years working in IT MSP or similar IT Service Desk team β€’ Minimum of 5+ years as Infrastructure IT Engineer (T2 or T3) or Team Lead β€’ Minimum of 3+ years in IT Project Management β€’ 1 or more of the following certifications or similar ITIL CAPM PMP Project + M365 or Azure Fundamentals
