Description

• Lead and oversee multiple programs to achieve strategic objectives and deliver results on time and within budget. • Establish program goals, milestones, and performance metrics. • Monitor program performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of program managers and support staff. • Ensure program compliance with federal financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements. • Serve as the primary liaison with federal agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience • Strong understanding of federal finance and accounting principles • Exceptional leadership skills • Secret clearance required.
