Description

• Provide comprehensive organizational support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. • Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing sales presentations to effectively communicate our solutions to potential clients. • Prepare and distribute sales documents, proposals, and contracts. • Assist in managing outbound sales and marketing campaigns. • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of sales materials and resources. • Handle inquiries from clients and provide prompt and accurate responses. • Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings, including gathering relevant data and materials. • Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports. • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the software development or technology industry. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus). • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
