• Communicating directly with clients who approach Lawhive for legal help • Triaging customer needs and working with our legally trained team to ensure customers get the legal help they need • Learning a legally technical environment and demonstrating that knowledge to customers • Answering client questions and handling objections (via phone, email and webchat) • Being on the look-out for opportunities to improve our product and processes • Transforming the way people access their legal rights and making legal help accessible to everyone!
• You’re opinionated AF and want to help us change the legal system for the better • You have demonstrable experience in sales in target-driven and technical environments • You’re able to communicate clearly and are exceptional on the phone with all members of the public • You understand the importance of being commercially aware • You are highly organised and can demonstrate your attention to detail • You’re motivated and ambitious. You are capable of learning and adapting in a fast changing startup environment
