Description

• Communicate directly with clients, primarily through email, phone, Zoom, and work closely with our internal Sales, Client Success and Development teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Enhance our client’ s data migration experience by completing data reviews and maintaining an open line of communication. • Collaborate with the Data Implementation team to gather and analyze client data. • Execute assigned tasks while working with Data Engineers and reporting to our Data Implementation Manager. • Advocate for the client while capturing their feedback to pass on to management. • Adaptable and eager to learn in a changing environment. • Dedicated to meeting expectations and deadlines of our clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • Project management experience • Outstanding time management skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Case management or legal experience preferred • Familiarity with business to business (B2B) environments • If you live near our offices in Austin or San Diego, we work in a hybrid capacity!
