Description

•Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings and be flexible to adjust as priorities change. •Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning. •You are responsive to emails/texts/calls. •Handle and prioritize email communications. •Assist with the planning and management of projects, including research, analysis, and reporting on various business initiatives. •Coordinate appointments, organizing travel plans and managing a small team of virtual assistants. •Oversee the management of the executive's household, including supervising staff, managing household expenses, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. •Execution of special projects, such as helping organize investor dinners. •Utilize a range of digital tools and platforms to facilitate research and enhance decision-making processes.

Requirements

•5 years + of relevant experience as a personal assistant. •Project management experience is a plus. •Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. •Efficient in completing tasks with a sense of urgency and high productivity. •Savvy ability to understand and anticipate needs and actions without explicit instructions. •Ability to reprioritize on the fly as needed. •Organized. •Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. •Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines. •Knack for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and find resourceful online solutions to problems. •Resilient and diligent. •Proactive approach to problem-solving with an ability to learn quickly.
