Requirements

• Report directly the Head of Sales • Develop a high level of knowledge of LeanLaw’s SaaS-based legal billing platform • Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting and inbound lead follow-up • Maintain a volume of 30+ calls and emails per day to qualify leads and create a pipeline • Prospect into targeted lists to develop new sales opportunities • Update and maintain CRM database, documenting all sales activities and meeting daily success metrics • Expand knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company • Someone with hustle, persistence, and hunger • Ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter in the legal and financial space • A great listener and natural storyteller • Adept at investigation and research • Curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience selling “intangibles” • Organized and strong time management skills • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without needing high levels of supervision • 2+ years in outbound sales or other customer-focused role (such as business development or customer support) • Proven track record of achieving, and hopefully exceeding ARR quotas • Coachability – you won’t know everything, but you are willing and want to learn • Prior experience at a high-growth, SaaS company • Experience selling into legal/professional services verticals • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot • 4 Year College Degree
