Description

• Support implementation of strategies and core processes for Leap programs in energy markets • Manage day-to-day enrollment operations & processes • Analyze energy market data to evolve participation strategies • Develop scalable and automated enrollment processes using Python, SQL, and internal tools • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on new enrollment features • Drive documentation efforts for key processes

Requirements

• Must be interested in building complex processes and improving operations • 1-3 years exposure to object-oriented programming language such as Python, R or Matlab • Strong familiarity with spreadsheets (e.g. Gsheets, Excel) • Willing to take ownership of regular reporting processes • Excited to work collaboratively in a team and also capable of driving work independently • Can prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced startup environment • Plus: 0.5 - 2 years exposure to SQL, experience working with Snowflake, and experience in renewable energy or energy trading • Relevant coursework and/or professional experience in data management, analysis, scripting, and visualizations
