β’ At least 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role β’ Direct experience managing a book of business β’ Familiar with and prioritize technically complex processes and tasks β’ Professional and comfortable engaging C-suite executives β’ Manage tight deadlines β’ Comfortable using Google Workspace and Salesforce β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β’ Well-organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities at all times β’ Experience in SaaS is an asset β’ Native English language proficiency β’ Bonus: Fluency in a second language
